Q. What purchases earn points?
During the campaign period, single-title purchases, new Unlimited subscriptions, and Unlimited renewals are eligible. 2% of the eligible payment amount is awarded as points.
Q. When are points awarded?
Points are awarded once the eligible purchase or payment is completed. Awarded points are reflected in your point balance.
Q. I already have Unlimited. Do renewals also earn points?
Yes. During the campaign period, if you are already subscribed to Unlimited, your renewal payment also qualifies for point back once payment is completed.
Q. What can I use my points for?
Awarded points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. However, points cannot be used to pay only part of the purchase amount. If your point balance is insufficient, you can use points after purchasing the additional points needed on the payment screen.
Q. Do points expire?
Yes. Awarded points expire after 180 days. We recommend using them before they expire.

Q. Can I earn points even if I do not have Unlimited?
Yes. During the campaign period, regular users who are not subscribed to Unlimited can also earn points by purchasing single titles.
